KJZZ Phoenix Guide to What "Yes" and "No" Mean

KJZZ 91.5 radio in Phoenix created this guide to propositions in Maricopa County, where the ballot will be two pages long for the first time since 2006. The guide contains a description of what each proposition would do, and what voting "yes" or "no" on each prop would mean.
