Join Your Union

Ready to join YOUR union, United Campus Workers of Arizona? 

In order to become a member, you must fill out the below form and pledge dues to UCWAZ. There are two ways to pay dues:

1. Bank Contributions: this method takes your monthly dues out of the bank account of your choice.
2. Card Contributions: this method charges a credit card of your choice monthly.
