United Campus Workers of Arizona is our wall-to-wall union that organizes all higher education workers, from skilled trades and custodians to faculty, staff, and graduate and undergraduate workers. We organize at all three of Arizona’s public universities and the Maricopa Community College District. Higher education should be a free and accessible public good that advances the fight for racial, gender, 2SLGBTQAI+, and disability labor justice.
