May Day 2025
So, What is May Day?
May Day, also known as International Workers' Day and Labor Day, is a day to celebrate workers and the labor movement across the country and around the world. This year, workers across the country are organizing events, protests, and actions to uplift the labor movement in the face of federal attacks on labor.
This year, we will join a coalition of ten different Arizona labor organizations at Thursday's historic May Day National Day of Action march at the Arizona State Capitol. We are demanding an end to the billionaire takeover of our federal government with a promise to fight for organized labor across the state and across the country.
